2. What this website is
This website presents Onexya: a platform that connects a company’s systems, brings its data together in one dashboard and offers an artificial intelligence assistant that answers questions about it, as well as custom development. Using the website means accepting this notice in the version published at that time.
Hiring Onexya is governed by its own contract. Customer access to the platform (app.onexya.net) requires the credentials Onexya provides, and whoever receives them is responsible for keeping them safe.
3. Use of the website
Anyone using the website agrees to do so lawfully and in good faith. In particular, not to:
- use it for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm third parties or the website itself;
- introduce viruses or any other harmful code;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to data or systems of Onexya or of third parties;
- send false, offensive or bulk content through the forms.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, images, design, code and the “Onexya” brand, with its logos, belong to ONEXYA NEXUS, S.L. or to third parties who have authorized their use. They may not be reproduced, distributed or modified without written authorization. The names of other products that appear on the website (for example, the systems we connect) belong to their owners and are cited only to describe what Onexya works with.
The DM Sans font is used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
5. Liability
We work to keep the website available and error-free, but we can’t guarantee it at all times. Prices and terms on the website are indicative; what counts is the signed proposal or contract. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
6. Data protection and cookies
We explain this in the privacy policy and in the cookie policy.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
This notice is governed by Spanish law. Disputes are submitted to the courts that have jurisdiction under the law. If the user is a consumer, the jurisdiction recognized by consumer law applies.
